Position Description
We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Associate to support both the Marketing and Sales teams. The Sales and Marketing Associate will provide support to both the Sales and Marketing Teams. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, who pays attention to details and is willing to jump in and do whatever it takes. Since customer interaction is part of the responsibilities, this individual should be an excellent listener and problem solver. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Carefully screen inbound sales calls to determine if they are a potential lead
  • o   Record detailed and accurate information to pass along to Sales Reps
    o   Route other calls to appropriate departments
  • Collect and compile sales and marketing KPIs and reporting metrics as needed
  • Manage incoming chatbots
  • o   Respond or route appropriately
  • Assist with data cleansing of MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) – correcting information, filling in missing information, etc.
  • Assist Sales Reps with sequencing or other outreach upon request
  • Assist with ABM (Account Based Marketing) research and list building
  • Assist with various sales and marketing projects
  • Coordinate tradeshows, conventions and general event logistics
  • Prepare and provide data centered event support, including:
  • o   Enter and maintain accurate data
    o   Assist will various data related projects
    o   Prepare regular sales forecasting/campaign reports as well as ad hoc reports
  • Assist with content creation (presentations, brochures, etc.) and other marketing/sales collateral upon request
  • Help drive new business and revenue in a growing market

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Marketing or Customer Success
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot or similar programs
  • Solid computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Solid relationship builder
  • Ability and desire to quickly build rapport with customers
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with strong desire to learn
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Digital marketing knowledge a plus
  • Experience with Adobe Programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator a plus
  • Creative writing and copywriting Skills a plus
