With TennaCAM 2.0 Heavy Equipment and recommended monitor and accessory cameras, contractors can improve jobsite safety with a 360° view of what is happening around their heavy equipment operations. How It Works

  • TennaCAM 2.0 Heavy Equipment dual-facing camera captures forward-facing machine activity and interior operator monitoring.
  • Optional (recommended!) auxiliary video for added visibility and awareness.
  • Optional (recommended!) in-cab monitor provides operator with 360-degree visibility around the machine when paired with auxiliary cameras for better visibility and safety.
  • TennaCAM 2.0 Heavy Equipment provides operators visibility to improve safe operation. Video footage acts as a source of truth for jobsite incidents or near misses, to protect from claims and to reveal areas for additional jobsite safety improvement and risk reduction.
  • View videos by event or choose a custom date range.
  • Custom configuration setting options allow users to customize their cameras to best suit their organization’s needs for safety, privacy, and liability management.

Heavy Equipment Dash Cam Technology

  • TennaCAM 2.0 Heavy Equipment has an independent cellular connection to transmit videos to the cloud.
  • An internal SD card stores videos when the camera is out of cellular range, which get uploaded to the cloud when the camera reconnects to cellular service.
  • Parking mode, when enabled, allows for the camera to continue recording for a set duration after the ignition is turned off.
  • Live viewing capability allows for real-time visibility of jobsite activity.
  • TennaCAM 2.0 Heavy Equipment includes the TennaCANbus which allows for external PTO monitoring and ELD compliance.

Access Video Footage via:

  • Videos can be accessed by event or custom date range to view interior operating, forward-facing and optional auxiliary camera footage.
  • An operator event button on the camera can be used by operators to capture and send alerts for specific events.
  • Live stream footage can be accessed on the Tenna web app.

How It Works

  • Suggested installation locations include side or back of the equipment (1-3 cameras) for the total 360-degree view, reducing blind spots for the operator when paired with auxiliary monitor.
  • Remote, live stream viewing from the Tenna platform, including in parking mode.
  • Access videos along with forward-facing and in-cabin channels.
  • Does not provide backup guidance for reversing and parking assistance.
