Dispatch Command Center: Real-Time Dispatch Intelligence From Tenna
For Media
Tenna’s award-winning unified dispatch platform gives construction teams real-time visibility across resource requests, equipment availability, and jobsite coordination.
What is Dispatch Command Center?
Dispatch Command Center is Tenna’s unified hub for managing resource coordination across construction operations. Rather than toggling between phone calls, spreadsheets, and disconnected systems, dispatchers see live equipment status, maintenance schedules, location data, and incoming requests on one screen. This enables faster decision-making, better resource utilization, and seamless communication between office, yard, and field teams.
Key Capabilities:
- Consolidates resource requests and equipment availability in real time
- Provides live visibility into equipment location, status, and maintenance schedules
- Enables priority assignment execution in seconds, not hours
- Connects office dispatch, yard coordination, and field operations on shared data
- Eliminates manual coordination between teams and systems
- Tracks dispatch history and patterns for continuous improvement
The Launch
Dispatch Command Center was introduced to construction teams in 2025 as Tenna’s expansion into unified dispatch operations. The platform addresses a critical gap in how construction crews coordinate resources, equipment, and assignments across jobsites. Read the original launch announcement.
Industry Recognition
Dispatch Command Center was named to Equipment Today’s 2026 Contractors’ Top 50 New Products Award, recognized among 50 products selected for innovation and jobsite impact across the construction industry. The recognition validates contractor demand for unified dispatch operations that eliminate friction and accelerate decision-making. View the full award announcement.
