Tenna Joins Top 8% of Inc. 5000 Companies in the List’s History with its Fifth Consecutive Appearance - Inc. 5000 2026

Five straight years on the ranking, powered by 358% revenue growth.

New Hope, PA (September 22, 2026) – TENNA, the construction equipment management software powering mixed fleet operations, has been ranked on Inc.’s 2026 list of fastest-growing private companies at No. 962 nationally and No. 86 among software companies. They also are the top privately held construction fleet management platform among the top five construction technology firms included on this year’s list.

This marks the fifth consecutive appearance by Tenna on Inc.’s annual ranking as they continue to penetrate the broader construction technology sector.

Only 387 companies across the entire history of the Inc. 5000 have achieved five appearances, representing 7.74% of all honorees. The 2026 ranking reflects the most recent three cumulative years of 358% revenue growth and validates Tenna’s sustained leadership position in a competitive market.

Regionally, Tenna ranked No. 15 in Pennsylvania and No. 19 in the Philadelphia-Camden-Wilmington corridor.

“We’re proud to make the Inc. 5000 for the fifth time, and proud of what it represents about our market position. Contractors are looking to consolidate their fleet operations into one platform, and they are trusting Tenna’s team and products, which is what these growth numbers actually represent.” — Austin Conti, CEO and Co-Founder

A Year of Strategic Expansion

Tenna’s growth has been rooted in providing innovative solutions that solve contractors’ most urgent operational and safety challenges. In 2025 alone, four new product launches and enhancements contributed to this growth, including:

  • Dispatch Command Center: This unified dispatch hub consolidates resources, sites, scheduling, and fleet events into one screen. Dispatchers can prioritize urgent needs, filter equipment by maintenance status and location, and transfer assets between jobs without leaving the board.
  • Tenna and WEX Integration: Tenna’s integration with WEX helps control one of construction’s largest and least predictable expenses by giving contractors visibility into fuel usage, costs, and potential misuse across their fleets.
  • TennaBLE Beacon SP2 for Road Plates: This extension of Tenna’s BLE tracking technology allows contractors to track and recover heavy steel road plates that frequently go missing or are stolen, among other use cases like trench boxes and concrete forms.
  • Tenna and Gearflow Integration: The parts procurement integration digitizes the entire parts workflow between Tenna and Gearflow to eliminate manual coordination between field teams, shops, and vendors while giving mechanics real-time notifications when parts are ready.

These improvements and Tenna’s place on this year’s list reflect sustained demand for a platform that manages the full lifecycle of equipment operations. Five appearances on Inc’s ranking signal that Tenna continues to solve problems contractors face daily: tracking assets, coordinating maintenance, ensuring safety and compliance, and optimizing resource management and dispatch workflows.

Most recently, Tenna released Asset Financials, the construction industry’s first telematics-powered equipment economics engine enabling automated equipment job costing, internal billing and real-time asset P&L, representing a new market category for construction technology.

“Our fifth appearance on the Inc. 5000 is a testament to the team at Tenna who have worked tirelessly to scope and build products contractors actually need and rely on. Behind every release and innovation is a team committed to solving real problems in construction. We’re grateful for their dedication and excited about what’s ahead.” — Jose Cueva, Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer

This marks Tenna’s final year of Inc. 5000 eligibility as the company enters its next chapter of growth under John Deere ownership.
