For the 4th Time, Tenna Makes the Inc. 5000, With Four-Year Revenue Growth of 3,400%
New Hope, PA (August 13, 2025) –Inc., the leading media brand and playbook for the entrepreneurs and business leaders shaping our future, today announced that Tenna, the construction technology platform transforming equipment fleet operations, is No.552 on the annual Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America.
The list provides a data-driven snapshot of the most successful companies within the economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent, entrepreneurial businesses. Tenna also earned top regional and industry placements: No.11 in the Philadelphia Metro area, No.12 in Pennsylvania, and No.59 in the Software category.
This recognition punctuates a period of extraordinary expansion, and the fourth consecutive year Tenna has been included. Tenna achieved 740% revenue growth from 2021 to 2024—adding to the staggering 2,200%+ growth previously realized from 2020 to 2023—for a whopping 3,400% growth over the four-year period. Together, these figures underscore Tenna’s sustained upward trajectory and its ability to scale at historic speeds.
“Being recognized again on the Inc. 5000 list is a powerful validation of Tenna’s mission-driven expansion,” said Austin Conti, Co‑Founder and CEO. “These accelerated gains reflect Tenna’s ongoing investment in innovation, customer-centric development, and service excellence. We’re honored to again be listed amongst such an innovative group of peers.”
In the last year, Tenna:
- Launched its first-to-market construction safety and operations Scorecard product to grade operator, driver and machine performance for proactive risk management, driver and operator behavior, internal alignment, and operational efficiency.
- Released its next-generation BLE Steel Puck SP2 engineered for tracking the construction industry’s most rugged ancillary support asset classes such as trench boxes and concrete forms using Bluetooth technology.
- Enhanced its Reporting Engine with data visualizations and configurable construction report building capabilities to better solve contractors’ common obstacle of identifying actionable insights within equipment management data.
- And built integrations to several OEM and equipment rental companies, including Takeuchi, JCB Livelink, Vermeer, Develon, Liebherr and TESMEC, so contractors can better manage their mixed fleet assets directly from within Tenna’s platform—consolidating data from all connected systems.
Along with these notable achievements, Tenna’s placement on the Inc. 5000 underscores its leadership in connecting field operations, maintenance, resource management and enterprise reporting within the construction sector—positioning the company for continued breakout year-over-year growth.
“Making the Inc. 5000 is always a remarkable achievement, but earning a spot this year speaks volumes about a company’s tenacity and clarity of vision,” says Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc. “These businesses have thrived amid rising costs, shifting global dynamics, and constant change. They didn’t just weather the storm—they grew through it, and their stories are a powerful reminder that the entrepreneurial spirit is the engine of the U.S. economy.”
