The Tenna team made it as easy a possible to get all out machines entered for the initial set up. A team of guys showed up to our office and worked side by side with the mechanics for installation. The [platform] is easy to navigate and the trackers are easy to set up and install.
Tenna is filling a gap in the industry. Their customer service is always quick to answer questions and find solutions. Tenna offers a variety of hardware solutions and is constantly adding new features. You can tell that Tenna is forward-thinking in filling gaps in asset management.

We really can’t speak enough about the high quality of customer service. They have really backed up everything that they had told us while we were looking into this software.
The customer service at Tenna can almost be unmatched. Anytime I have had any questions, or maybe the same question, I have gotten a response from the account managers in a very timely fashion. They are patient and really take the time to make sure you understand anytime you need help.
From the beginning conversations with the Tenna sales team, installation crews and software / training teams we have been very impressed so far. It is nice to be able to reach someone live by phone for questions whenever needed, every employee I have had conversation with have been extremely nice and helpful!
